1. enable your current email address's pop3 feature, If you use mail.yahoo.com, then login there, and goto your acct setting, and enable pop3 and smtp.
2. on your home pc, using outlook to create an account, and enable pop3, smtp as well, then doing test.
3. sync your home pc' outlook's email address to your yahoo acct
4 all your yahoo email will transfer to your home pc
5. set up new email address at gmail.com (assume that is ur new email address)
6. do the same step as 1-3, this time u will push/sync ur pc's email to gmail
